About Attorney Tracey Wood Tracey Wood is the founding attorney of Tracey Wood and Associates in Middleton, Wisconsin. A successful criminal defense lawyer, she is widely recognized in the legal community for her outstanding work in the field of OWI law. In addition to successfully representing hundreds of clients, she has written extensively on OWI law and contributed to the seminal book on OWI law, Drunk Driving Defense. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and has served as past president of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Dane County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and is actively involved with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is the only attorney in Wisconsin who has been appointed to the Amicus Committee of the National College for DUI Defense.
