About Brian L. Leininger

Brian Leininger defends those accused of DUI, driving under the influence of drugs (DUID), and DUI-related batteries and homicides. He was formerly General Counsel to the Kansas Highway Patrol and a state and municipal prosecutor. Brian is certified to administer the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and as an SFST Instructor. He is a trained operator of the Intoxilyzer and is the only defense lawyer in Kansas, and one of few in the world, to have completed training as a Drug Recognition Expert, which is the police training used to detect DUID drivers. Brian is a frequent local and national lecturer on DUI and DUID and has been named to the Super Lawyers list every year since 2008.
