About Marc A. Grano

Marc A. Grano – Grano Law Offices, P.C. New Mexico I’ve dedicated my legal career to helping good people in bad situations—and for over 25 years, that’s meant fighting hard for those charged with DWI in New Mexico courts. As a former prosecutor, military JAG officer, and now seasoned defense attorney, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the justice system from every angle. I have completed specialized training in DWI defense, including certification in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST)—the same roadside procedures used by law enforcement. I have also pursued advanced instruction in breath and blood alcohol testing, allowing me to identify flaws in the state’s evidence and aggressively defend my clients’ rights. My office represents clients throughout Northern and Central New Mexico, including Las Vegas, Santa Fe, Taos, Rio Rancho, Santa Rosa, Raton, Mora, and surrounding communities. We focus on strategic, science-based DWI defense, and work tirelessly to pursue the best possible outcomes in every case. At Grano Law Offices, our mission is simple: Helping Good People in a Bad Situation.
